Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great pool and a great stay in Da Nang

The beds were super comfortable and a welcome treat after a long day of travelling. The location is perfect for strolling the beach front and just a simple cheap 5 minute taxi to most things. Staff are great too especially Huang Nuang. Breakfast was good too with a egg ordering station and slight variance each day to keep things fresh. We spent an entire day by the pool too which was a great way to recover from jet lag!

Wonderful

Good location; clean, big room with huge bed and big bathroom; great staff; good tours provided by the hotel.

Pool was unavailable (renovation was in progress); smoking is not allowed on the room balcony.

Wonderful

This hotel is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. It's a great place to explore Da Nang and the area around it. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, although, as it could be expected, probably better for guests who would prefer a hearty Asian buffet than a mere Continental. The pool and spa seem great, but we did not have time to spend there, too much to do outside.

Room is clean.

Don't why such a big hotel all the air conditioners are not open... they are saving money. Even lobby we are at register in all the aircon are not working. So upset.... .

Overall, my stay at this hotel was very good, and I will definitely come back again and stay here on

The breakfast has a wide choice and it’s good that they change the menu on some days. I took the junior suite and the view was superb. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was polite and friendly especially the operations manager, Tony, who was helpful at all times no matter how busy he was. The pool on the 19th floor was fantastic with an excellent view of the whole place. I will definitely recommend this place.

I didn’t like the noise from street vendors honking and yelling even past midnight. Even street karaokes have the same issue.

nice hotel close to the beach

the room & bateriom were very spacious, the rooftop pool had amazing views, the breakfast was great ( although very limited choice for vegetarians). convenient location close to the beach with restaurants and shops around

it wasn’t very dirty but the cleaning could be a little more thorough (but it seems like a Vietnamese standard). I was made to wait 10 mins at the checkout until they made sure with the cleaning team that I didn’t break anything so that was a rather unpleasant situation

In general, hotel has good locations and the quality of service is okay.

Breakfast was good. My partner and me love it. However, need to go early if you don't want the food is gone before end time at breakfast.

I would stay again

200 metres from the sea and with a sumptuous breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes.

I found it a little strange that the room cleaning staff were excellent in replacing the add-ons like shower caps, combs, toothbrushes, and shower stuff, but they seemed reluctant to replace soap in the soap dish.

Property was nicely situated, walking distance from the beach, it was nice interior and clean , with a good value for money , breakfast choice was amazing with many different cold, hot, international and Vietnamese dishes . Fruit selection was also great . Staff was attentive and very polite .

-there was no iron to use for self service ironing, everything you had to give to the laundry . -there was no hook in the bathroom so you could not hang your bathrobe, there were rails for towels but not a hook. -during my stay I had some fruit in my room and I left a small 1,5x1,5 cm yellow stain on my bed linen( it maybe from make up , I don’t know) , at the check out I was asked to pay 40$ for that little stain with photo evidence being presented to me. I find this ridiculous and shocking actually. . Aren’t the property wash they white linen in the bleach or high temperature with washing detergent? -also I have stayed only few night but in the last evening (before my check out next morning) I had very heavy and constant drilling next to my room, extremely noisy , I complained twice during that evening , than next morning drilling started again sharp at 10am. Due to this inconvenience my ironing charges was cancelled. I also did not have to pay for the linen stain. I was offered free stay for one extra night which I did not accept as I had a plane booked but accepted complementary lunch with gratitude and it was very delicious & nice gesture. thank you

Good loation, great rates, very clean,good size room,nice balcony with good partial seaview and friendly staff. What else do you need.Thats my permanent place to stay when i visit Da Nang.Absolutely great

Not front beach hotel, but just 100m from beach… close to so call western streets - An Thuong streets

i think my stay has been ok they booked

breakfast is heavily oriented to locals of east asians i can not chicken and bbef and fried rice at 8 am !!

better breakfast variety the shampoo bottles are stiff and the smell is not thst great they could perhaps put some lavender to make it smell better and need to improve the quality.

everything was outstanding and fantastic except for the night time with the roof top swimming pool.

- Close to everything you possibly want and need - All staff are extremely nice - Help you with every inquiry and advice you need - They go above and beyond for you - 24 hour reception is the best and speak perfect english - scooter is safe to park outside - scooter renting was very worth and highly recommend - They all very welcoming and respectful - Room was amazing with the view of the beach and very clean and organised - Outdoor roof top swimming pool with stools in the pool - Brought my own alcohol to drink at the roof top swimming pool and sat on the stools drinking them - They let me stay at the Roof top Swimming Pool till 11:00PM

- Finding the outdoor roof top swimming pool isn’t easy as there is a different elevator to lead you to that out door roof top pool otherwise go through the fire exit - Not sure about day time but night time the outdoor pool lacks light and it’s dark. Needs more lights around to make it more glowing and beautiful. does not look that nice at night. - Overall honestly I loved everything but the pool is very important for me on holidays. especially the roof top swimming pools which is the biggest reason I booked with Cicilia Da nang hotels and spa. - please upgrade your rooftop swimming pool and put more work on it especially at night time. make it alive and more beautiful please and I will return. put lights in the swimming pool and lights on top of the roof and pretty much make the place more bright. - your advertisement of the roof top pool does not look like what you advertised in real life during night time. make it look like that till close time please.
